I use to go here all of the time and I was prepared to write a 5 star review, However, whoever was on clock on Thursday the 21st of February at 9:40 AM and was running the first register, was probably one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in customer service. She made it clear our presence was not welcome. If I was management I would fire her. Seriously. I operate a store in Massachusetts and her behavior would immediately be a write up. Like, seriously. EDIT: One woman was extremely nice. She should be running the place. I didn’t get her name but she was working the coffee that morning. And the food, it use to be SO MUCH BETTER! the pancakes I got this morning were undercooked and the drink I got from the cooler expired last week ( orange juice ) Someone needs Gordon Ramsay to come in and fix up this place. I loved it so much!
